We started Worksuite because we believed work tools should feel as good as the work itself. Here's the story behind the product.
To give every team a single, calm workspace that replaces the chaos of juggling six different tools. We believe focus is a feature, not a luxury.
A world where teams spend less time managing work and more time doing it. Where every decision, task, and conversation lives in one place — and nothing falls through the cracks.
In 2019, our founding team was running a 40-person agency spread across three time zones. We had one tool for projects, another for invoices, a third for HR, a fourth for CRM, and a spreadsheet to track which tool had what. Sound familiar?
We tried every "all-in-one" platform on the market. They were either too rigid, too bloated, or felt like they'd been designed by people who had never actually managed a project. So we built Worksuite — first for ourselves, then for every team like ours.
Today Worksuite serves thousands of teams across 60+ countries. But the ethos hasn't changed: ship less software, do more work. Every feature we add has to earn its place by making your day calmer, not busier.
Every feature must reduce complexity, not add it. If we can't explain it in one sentence, we go back to the drawing board.
We ship when it's ready, not when the calendar says so. Quality compounds — shortcuts don't.
Our roadmap comes from support tickets, not trend reports. We build what teams actually need, not what sounds good on a slide deck.
Our team spans 12 time zones. We build the async-first tools we wish we had — because we use them every day.
Open pricing, public roadmap, honest status pages. We earn trust by being clear about what we do and don't do well.
No crunch culture. No "hustle harder." We protect our team's energy so they can do their best thinking for years to come.
