1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
Worksuite uses two categories of cookies: essential (required for the Service to work) and analytics (optional, used to improve the product). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Essential Cookies
- ws_session — keeps you signed in. Expires after 30 days.
- ws_csrf — protects against cross-site request forgery. Session-only.
- ws_workspace — remembers your active workspace. Expires after 1 year.
4. Analytics Cookies
We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly tool that does not use personal cookies and does not track you across sites. No data is shared with third parties for advertising.
5. Third-Party Cookies
When you make a payment, Stripe and Razorpay set their own cookies on the checkout page for fraud prevention. These are governed by their respective privacy policies.
6. Managing Cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
7. Do Not Track
We honor the Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal. When DNT is enabled, analytics cookies are not loaded.
