1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Worksuite (the "Service"), provided by Worksuite Inc. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Your Account
To use most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you may not:
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service.
- Use Worksuite to store or transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Exceed the rate limits documented in our API reference.
4. Your Content
You retain all rights to content you upload to Worksuite. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you and your team. We will never sell your content or use it to train third-party models.
5. Payments & Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Trials
14-day trials require no payment method. You will not be charged unless you choose to continue on a paid plan.
6. Termination
You may delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Workspace. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we work hard to maintain a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA on paid plans.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worksuite Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
