Summary
We collect the minimum information needed to run Worksuite, never sell your data, and never use your content to train third-party AI models. This page explains the details.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
Name, email, company name, and password (hashed) when you sign up.
Workspace content
Projects, tasks, files, comments, and other content you and your team upload to Worksuite.
Usage data
Pages visited, features used, device type, browser, IP address, and timestamps. Used to improve the Service and detect abuse.
Billing information
Handled by our payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay). We never store full card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts).
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing & Sub-processors
We share data only with vetted sub-processors that help us run the Service: AWS (hosting, EU & US regions), Stripe and Razorpay (payments), Postmark (transactional email), and Sentry (error monitoring). A current list is available on request.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law, with notice to you when legally permitted.
4. Storage & Retention
Customer data is stored encrypted at rest in AWS regions you select (US-East, EU-West, or AP-South). We retain workspace content for as long as your account is active. After deletion, data is purged within 30 days from active systems and within 90 days from backups.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict processing.

7. Children's Privacy
Worksuite is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will notify users of material changes by email and in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
